About the SER's Secretariat

The SER has its own secretariat that currently employs seven people. It is led by the SER’s General Secretary. The Secretariat consists of two legal experts, one economist and a support staff of four.

The Secretariat supports the SER in its advisory and forum tasks. This includes:

• performing research/studies
• compiling data
• drafting recommendations
• editing documents
• providing the members with information
• documentation
• logistics and other process management activities
