The Social and Economic Council (SER) is a public advisory body with the task of advising the Government of the Netherlands Antilles on all important social and economical issues. Thanks to its tripartite structure with representatives of employer and employee organizations, as well as independent experts, the council can provide a thorough view of how the community experiences various social and economical issues.
